A small collection of other works that I believe have a place in my folio.
Lovehoney
Problem – At Christmas sales boom, however, gifting sex toys isn’t exactly the norm when it comes to present swapping. Insight – Giving gifts and masturbation both release similar hormones and chemicals in the brain (oxytocin, dopamine, serotonin and endorphins), meaning sex toys as a gift can benefit both the gift giver and receiver. Idea – Use a play on words to show the dynamic between gift giver and recipient of Lovehoney’s products and how they both benefit, albeit, one more than the other.
Australian Red Cross
Problem – Not enough people are donating blood. Insight – While Aussies love lending a helping hand, it rarely comes in the form of practical solutions. Idea – Warn people that while sympathy in the form of affirmations is kind, what saves lives are blood donations. Team – Dimitri Adamopoulos (copywriter), Asha Gilbee-Giudici (art director)
Locussed
Brief – We were tasked with creating a food product made from insects then launching it with an activation and a campaign. Idea – Create a protein bar made from locusts and market it to anyone wanting to stand up against religion’s influence over politics. Team – Josie Biggs, Declan Yardley, Asha Gilbee-Giudici
Miscellaneous
Print Media
A range of scamps for Levi’s, Australian Government, Who Gives a Crap and Cuprinol.
V/Line Poster Campaign
Brief – Target a younger audience to drive uptake of V/Lines comfortable and convenient regional train services. Idea – An art direction heavy campaign that shows V/Line combats the common problems youth face when driving long distance.
Melbourne Museum Postcard
These postcards were designed not only to be a promotional item, but they doubled as a kid’s colouring competition. The background was intentionally left blank allowing children to design a habitat or draw a funky pattern then submit this to the museum for a chance to win two summer passes.
